DEATH: Alexander Bell died in testate, unmarried and without issue, 3
April 1884. His sixth of the property divided between his brother
William & sister Margaret (Bell) Elder, wife of Samuel.
DEATH: William M. Bell died with a will 3 July 1885 in Marysville, Yuba Co., CA

I, William M. Bell of lawful age and of sound and disposing mind, at
present a resident of Marysville, Yuba County, State of California,
do make, publish and declare this my last will and
testament, and hereby revoke all former wills and testaments made by me.
lst To my sister Margaret Elder, I will devise and bequeath during
her natural life my farm in Ligonier Township, State of Pennsylvania, Westmoreland County, with the rents, issues ,and profits thereof and at the death of my said sister, I will, devise and bequeath said farm in fee to my two nieces the daughters of said sister, viz: Annie V. Miller and Josephine B Elder, share and share alike, and should either die before my said sister, then the whole of said bequest to the survivor.
