Margie Elder Creech owns a "Friendship Quilt" top, handwritten in 1931 and 1932 with about 20 friends' names of our
Grandmother EMILY KATHRYN KINNEY ELDER (Death Certificate #6035 in Oregon Death Index, May 10, 1959)
married MARTIN PASCHAL ELDER.
Her sister is MABEL MARGARET KINNEY,

Mrs. Dilley lived on the Gosben farm for 60 years and reared nine children. She and her late husband were charter members of the Goshen Grange, and Mrs. Dilley was honored as a 50 year member in 1978.
She also was a member of the First Christian Church of Pleasant Hill.
She is survived by two sons and five daughters: Harold Dilley of Eugene, Maurice Dilley of Pleasant Hill, Blanche Peterson of Portland, Georgia Puckett of Seattle, Lucille Plunkett of Tigard, Gertrude Torbik of Tigard and Nina McKeen of Corvallis.
She also is survived by four brothers and two sisters, all in their 90's: Jenny Miller of Cheney, Wash.; Redden Couch of Port Angeles, Wash.; George Couch of Cashmere, Wash.; Mahlon Couch of Bend; Melvin Couch of Waterville, and Bernice Hansen of Cottage Grove. _________________ Nancy Elder Petersen
